There are many pay per click sites on the internet.  Which ones really pay and which ones don't?  I have signed up to many of these and there are so many that make promises then don't deliver.

This site is good for advertising, I would not pay for it as it does not pay out cash even though it says it does. I have used my pay for click pay to advertise my site with great sucess.
